Banca IFIS S.p.A. has adopted a specific Code of Conduct for internal dealing. Its aim is to adapt internal regulations and procedures to notification obligations rules relating to any transactions carried out on financial instruments of the issuer or other related financial instruments closely related to them, by relevant subjects and/or persons strictly related to them, thus ensuring transparency and homogeneity of information to the market.

This Code, in addition to identifying the relevant subjects - defining behavioural and notification obligations - and the person responsible for receiving, managing and disseminating information, also forbids said transactions in the 15 days prior to Board of Directors’ Meetings convened to approve financial statements (blackout periods).

This Code of Conduct for internal dealing is available on the Company’s website,, under the ‘Investor Relations’ section.
