As from 29 November 2004, Banca IFIS’s ordinary shares have been traded in the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange. The transfer to this segment occurred after one year from the listing on the MTA Market of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Previously, as from 1990, the shares were traded on the Restricted market (IMR) of Borsa Italiana. The following table shows the share prices at the end of the year.

Share price at year-end

The share price at 31 December 2010 reflects the diluting effect caused by the capital increase (for free and against payment) which was completed on 30 July 2010 and which was approved by the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of Banca IFIS on 29 April 2010.

Following the capital increase against payment, 16,080,919 new shares were issued at a price of 3.1 Euro per share (of which 2.1 Euro as a premium), for a total counter value of 49,850,848.90 Euro.

On 1 July 2010, the free capital increase was also completed and 3,430,016 ordinary shares were issued and assigned to the shareholders based on the following formula: one free newly issued share for every ten shares existing before the capital increase against payment.

The new share capital of Banca IFIS S.p.A. amounts therefore to 53,811,095 Euro and is represented solely by ordinary shares with a par value of 1 Euro each.
